My husband and I had dinner at the Baked Alaska over this past weekend, Oct. 10, 2009, and I have to say that our dinner was absolutely divine!! On top of having a fabulous meal, the service was superb. We cannot wait to revisit Astoria and dine at this fine establishment again.

Dear Chef, We vacationed in the Pacific NW this summer and had the good fortune of dining at Baked Alaska while in Astoria. The campfire salmon was just amazing...wow!!!

OMG your food is delicious. I was at your restaurant July 28 with my Aunt and Uncle from NY and my mom from Florida...you helped me tremendously to show them a great time, I will come back again and again. We all shared bites of each others lunch and no one could pick the winner... well maybe the yam salad ... that was a great side.

Last August my husband and I were staying in Long Beach for our anniversary. We went searching for a really good place for dinner when we accidentally discovered Baked Alaska. WOW! I have been DREAMING about the crab and wild mushrooms with egg fettuccini and saffron cream sauce ever since! Thanks for a great dining experience!

Thanks for a fabulous meal. A few months back we ate at your restaurant because of a recommendation from the Holiday Inn. It was so good we have started diverting thru Astoria, even if it's not on our route. We are recommending you to all of our friends in Seattle who pass thru Astoria on the way to Oregon beaches. Great food... Keep it up!

My wife and I who live in Portland met some friends last night that were on the Carnival cruise for dinner at your restaurant. We could not have been happier with the food and service. Katie is an excellent person to greet you and our servers were excellent. We had the fresh salmon and halibut that could not have been better. Also I may make a special trip from Portland just for your lemon cheesecake. Phenominal! Thanks again for making our evening special.
