Our Story: Baked Alaska was born in the spring of 2000 and was originally the concept of Chef Christopher Holen, used in mock culinary school projects such as Menus, Business Plans etc. In June of 2000 the ideas spawned a real business plan and school externship. New to the Baked AK family is Chef Daddy! The Chef Daddy mission is to share recipes that represent simple cooking techniques, feature quality and healthy ingredients that have been sourced regionally and sustainably and to entertain people at the same time.
